Return Window You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted on all items (no final sale items).
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • We do not accept returns on used, worn, or damaged items (unless the damage occurred during shipping).

Return Shipping

  • Free return shipping is provided within the United States.
  • We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label once your return is approved.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
  • No restocking fee will be charged on any returns.
  • Original shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will review your request and email you a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Ship the item back using the provided label.

Defective or Damaged Items If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at welcome@midgetville.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including original shipping) as quickly as possible.
